Sedans, coupes, crossovers, SUVs, pickups, minivans, three-row SUVs and specialty vehicles are welcome. Excessive pet hair, severe staining, heavy debris or extra labor may affect the quote.

Standard mobile service is available within approximately 20 miles of St. Louis, Missouri. Requests beyond 20 miles are reviewed by the owner and may cost extra. If distance cannot be verified, the request remains pending for manual review.

How to Prepare for Your
Auto Spa Appointment
- Remove valuables, cash, documents and fragile belongings.
- Remove child safety seats if cleaning underneath is requested.
- Provide access to the vehicle at the confirmed time.
- Provide a suitable electrical outlet and a small amount of clean water when required.
- Ensure safe working space around a legally and safely parked vehicle.
- Disclose damaged upholstery, loose trim or electrical problems.
- Tell us about major stains, pet hair or unusual contamination.
You do not need to completely empty your vehicle. Excessive clutter may limit access to areas that need cleaning.
Service policies
Clear expectations

Materials & stains
Stain and odor removal is not guaranteed. Leather, suede, Alcantara and sensitive materials receive compatible methods.
Existing damage
Detailing does not repair scratches, fading, torn upholstery, loose trim or mechanical problems.
Weather
Exterior work may be postponed during rain, freezing temperatures, severe weather or unsafe conditions.
Hazards
Mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, infestations and hazardous chemical cleanup are excluded.
Environmental care
Low-water or rinseless methods are used where suitable. Work is declined or rescheduled if compliant wastewater control is not possible.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when reasonably possible. No cancellation penalty or deposit is introduced here.

What to know
before you request.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. Advance booking is required. All appointments must be approved before confirmation.
Do you offer same-day detailing?
Same-day appointments may be available for an additional $50 within 10 miles or $75 beyond 10 miles, subject to availability and owner approval.
How far do you travel?
Our standard service area covers approximately 20 miles from St. Louis within Missouri. Beyond 20 miles may cost extra and requires owner review.
Do you service Illinois?
No. We currently provide mobile service within Missouri only.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes. We provide our cleaning equipment and products. Access to electricity and a small amount of water may be required.
Can every stain be removed?
No. Results depend on the stain, material, age and vehicle condition.
Will my seats be wet after extraction?
Fabric surfaces may remain damp while drying. Drying time varies with the material, ventilation, humidity and temperature.
Can I combine detailing with headlight restoration?
Yes. Our Headlight & Detail Package starts at $350.
Are prices final?
Displayed prices are starting rates. Larger vehicles or unusually dirty vehicles may require an adjusted quote, approved before service.
When will Doc’s Signature Scents be available?
The collection is currently in development. Launch details will be announced when products are ready.
