Provider: Doc’s Headlight Revival

3-Year Limited
Headlight Restoration Warranty

Coverage lasts 36 calendar months beginning on the actual completion date of a qualifying restoration. We stand behind our workmanship and proper application of the protective coating. A confirmed covered failure receives appropriate corrective treatment of the affected lens at no additional charge.

What is covered

What is not covered

An exclusion applies only when the excluded circumstance caused or is relevant to the reported failure.

Remedy

After inspection confirms a covered defect, correction may include surface preparation, treatment removal, re-restoration or protective coating reapplication. This warranty does not promise headlight assembly replacement. If correction is not technically feasible, the owner will review an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.

Eligibility and term

Applies to qualifying services completed on or after October 24, 2026, with payment verified and service verifiable through an invoice, receipt or company record. Coverage belongs to the original customer, original serviced vehicle and treated lens; it is nontransferable. Earlier services retain prior commitments. Doc may voluntarily extend coverage to earlier customers individually in writing.

The expiration date is 36 calendar months after qualifying service completion. Warranty correction does not restart or extend that period unless Doc expressly agrees in writing. Claims reported during coverage are evaluated against the terms, including concerns discovered near the end of coverage.

This is Doc’s service warranty. It does not make a coating manufacturer responsible for Doc’s labor or service obligations. A manufacturer’s product guarantee is not an equivalent lifetime service warranty.

14-Day Application
Workmanship Guarantee

Effective October 24, 2026. Applies to windshield and full exterior glass protection. Report qualifying application workmanship concerns within 14 days after treatment.

Covered concerns

Exclusions

Pre-existing glass damage; scratches, chips, cracks and pitting; new contamination; damage caused by inappropriate chemicals or abrasive cleaning; normal product wear; replacement glass; and performance issues caused by wiper condition, improper maintenance or incompatible later products. Exclusions must be relevant to the reported concern.

For a verified covered application defect, Doc provides a complimentary inspection and appropriate treatment correction. No specific beading duration, visibility percentage, glare elimination or fixed product lifespan is promised.

Your existing six-month windshield benefit stays in place

One free windshield treatment reapplication within six months of the original service if needed. Covers windshield treatment only, including standalone service and packages containing windshield protection. Side and rear glass are excluded. The proposed 14-day guarantee supplements this benefit.

48-Hour Detailing
Workmanship Guarantee

When detailing launches and final terms are approved, customers would have a clear way to report workmanship concerns within 48 hours of service. Confirmed omissions or improperly completed included tasks would receive appropriate no-charge correction.

Planned exclusions

New stains, dirt, debris or contamination; normal post-service use; permanent stains; existing discoloration; material wear/deterioration; pre-existing scratches or cosmetic damage; odors returning from unresolved sources; and conditions that cannot safely be corrected using the agreed method.

This is workmanship correction coverage, not a promise that the vehicle stays clean for 48 hours or that stains, odors or material damage will be permanently removed. The reporting window does not eliminate other rights or remedies for alleged damage or other claims under applicable law. Detailing remains unavailable for booking.
