Privacy & analytics

Names, contact details, vehicle information and privately uploaded photos are used to assess and manage service requests and concerns. Owner-only records remain separate from visitor analytics. Optional Google Analytics

Analytics is off by default. Accepting analytics enables Google Analytics 4 (G-QFQS9Q5W9X) on designated public pages to measure page views, contact clicks, booking starts and successful inquiry submissions. It does not identify every visitor as a customer or prove a call occurred. Form contents, private photos, contact details, URL query strings and fragments are excluded. Private owner, claim-management and customer-response pages are excluded.

Google may process analytics identifiers and technical connection information when you opt in. Advertising storage, personalization and Google Signals are disabled by this integration. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences. Declining stops further collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Analytics consent is separate from marketing email or text consent.

Analytics retention and enhanced-measurement controls must also be configured in the Google property. No marketing email or SMS consent is inferred from an analytics choice.
